Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason. You may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
- Orders can be exchanged once for free within 30 days of delivery without giving any reason, customer (“You”) will pay for the shipping fee for the returning product. The returned item must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. And it must be in new and unused condition with all the accessories and original pack.
- After 30 days, your product must be found materially defective during the 12-month Warranty Period to qualify for a return or refund. For more details about our warranty policy, please visit our TERMS OF USE page. Most issues can be resolved through troubleshooting. Check our troubleshooting FAQ page or email us at service@aoseed.com, and we will be happy to assist you. If you opt for a refund and purchased a bundle/pack, only the defective part will be refunded (e.g., you will be refunded for the defective printer in a Family Pack, but not for the included filament).
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at service@aoseed.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, we strongly recommend that you use a track-able method to mail your returns. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. If you use the prepaid shipping label, $15-$30 will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges. The amount depends on the shipping cost you will spend.
REFUNDS & Exchanges
You can receive an exchange if your product is determined to be materially defective during the 12-month Warranty Period. Please allow up to seven (7) business days after we receive your returned item, including time for stocking and shipping. After inspecting the condition of your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed and send you a tracking number as soon as it’s available.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Please Note
After 30 days have passed your product has to be determined to be materially defective during the 12-month Warranty Period to receive a return or refund.
If your item is still having issues, the product must be returned in the same condition it was sent with its original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging available, please pack the item in a similar sized box with appropriate care to prevent damage in transit. Our boxes are 17x17x18 inch or 45x45x46 cm and come with foam inserts, you can use bubble wrap as a substitute.
We reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds that do not meet these criteria. We will send an email confirmation once we've processed your return.
